About this course: This course is designed to support people who work in community and education environments to recognise the risks associated with vaping and how to support vaping cessation.

Duration: Approx. 30-45 mins.

• A registration fee of $20 applies for other states and territories. Payment made via PayPal. 

Learning outcomes:

• Describe vaping, trends in vape use and how vapes impact health, communities, and environments.
• Discuss the health risks of vaping and nicotine dependence and the potential impact of other nicotine products.
• Recognise there are laws and restrictions on the sale of vapes and where people can vape, and how to find further information.
• Identify opportunities to have conversations about vaping and support people to get the help they need to quit.
• Promote smoke and vape-free environments.
